Sensor off during RTH? Why?

I used to get a warning that forward sensors were off during RTH... now I don't get that but all sensors still turn off during RTH.. as soon as I land they come back in.... yet in settings I have sensors turned on for landings.

What am I missing here?

Mavic Pro, DJIgo4 v.2.56
Latest firmware for RC and MP.

Altho this seems to have showed up about 3-4 versions of software ago.

I've not actually made use of RTH, so I wonder too. I do know my MP tells me that object avoidance is turned off as I am landing it after that pause just over the landing spot, but you're saying it warns you they are turned off during the whole return flight?

I haven't had it do it on a RTH unless it is landing.

It always turns off obstacle avoidance as it is landing. I assume it's so it can focus the processing on the downward visual sensors and sonar.
