Have you synched your flight data?
They can't access it unless you do.

Is this the same flight data you didn't get around to posting here: The last moments with my mavic I think it’s a factory defect

You'd have probably learned what the cause of the incident was within 10 mins if you had.

Maybe you will get the flight log off your device upload it to phantom help and share the link here when DJI denies warranty coverage. There are people here who will probably be able to help you understand what caused the incident.

That's good. Here's what happened ...
You got a few warnings that the light was too dim for obstacle avoidance to work properly.
You were in Sport Mode and had been descending from higher up and at 2:22 you left the left stick centred.
The drone settled at 60 ft.
Five seconds later you gave it a little left stick which took it up to 70 ft.
The drone had been perfectly stable, maintaining a heading of 270°
At 2:29.6 you gave it hard left stick but the altitude did not increase.
However the drone pitched back sharply, rolled almost upside down and started spinning and losing altitude.
At 2:31.1 you went from full forward on the left stick to full down on the left stick which accelerated the fall.
It hit the ground shortly after.

It doesn't look like a problem with the drone.
The issue was that you were within the tree canopy and bumped into a branch.
All movements of the drone match your control inputs properly.
