When settings are set where are they stored. Are they stored in DJI go, the controller or in the drone

They are stored in all three places.

You need to be connected to the drone to make changes, but I believe there are copies of the setting in all 3 places.

That must be why when you fly with only the controller and no screen.......... everything seems to work ok.......
