I was in just in Iceland with my brand new MPP (with a gimbal problem) in the middle of nowhere and had just finished flying it around over water, and when I had the drone near me for landing, my app screen gave me a warning of 'severe wireless interference' and that told me the drone is landing immediately (in so many words). And it began to descend. I quickly pushed the left control up to stop the descent, and was able to run over and grab it to gain control of it.
How is this possible? I guess the immediate landing was because it was within about 50m (?) of Home. It was almost like someone nearby had some kind of wireless jamming device? Has anybody experienced this? I'm hoping that if it had been over water, beyond 50m, that it would have entered RTH instead of immediately landing in the water.
