Well great news my mavic shipped as of this morning. But on the email it says part of the order. Seems the care refresh will be shipped later. Are you kidding me? How can the not ship together. Looks like I will have my mavic but not sure I'll be flying till I get care refresh activated. Good grief !!!!'

Get in line buddy !!! I ordered a fly more package, care refresh and a spare set of props on January 24th after falling for DJI's letter stating that shipments were going 5-8 days upon order confirmation. I chatted with their most ineffective folks on February 10th wondering WTF was going on and was told (to my glee) that it had shipped and the agent posted a FEDEX tracking number for me. YAY I THINK !!! A bit late but pretty good right ? LOL. I leave work early to pick up my kit from the FedEx depot as you cannot do a signature release with FedEx on DJI stuff ( at least you cant HERE ) and on the way I notice the package weight of 0.5 lbs. Uh Oh me thinks. I remember reading stories of DJI sending out just documents so they could show the order as shipped and then you cannot close it. I hump in there at 7 pm and get a little 6x6" box with a set of propellers in it. You cannot even make this stuff up. This company actually operates under this auspice and sends the $ 9 dollar part on a $ 1,500 USD order and then it now shows SHIPPED on the website (still no tracking number).

I have lots of time to waste in my life so I battle my way down from 17 to 1 on the chat line two nights ago to be told my order shipped. Once I convinced the agent that only PART of the order had shipped they said they 'escalated it to headquarters' which means nothing and I would hear something within 48 hours. Two days later nothing as expected. I got an email today saying my order had been split in two and they provided me TWO order numbers now (nothing on the web showing this) and would 'escalate to their warehouse' so they could 'ship as soon as possible'.

I think the thing that pees us off the most in Western countries is deception and arrogance. DJI is a master at both of those qualities and although I absolutely LOVE my first Mavic (second is for my brother in law) my brand loyalty is ZERO and if I ever seek out a second drone and there is a better bread box out there, I will dump DJI in a New York minute.

You don't need intelligence or ethics to make money in a company. Just a good idea that everyone wants......

Well contacted Dji via chat. And all is taken care of. They seemed very nice and understanding. They resolved my issue straight away. My mavic will be covered on arrival. So I can't say anything bad about their service just yet. Time will tell.
