That has added value to the site. Wonder why the very end was left?
You are so close to Canada that I guess you visit Vancouver and its Island often.

Thanks for the good words. It was a good opportunity to also check the stability of the Pro2 in the wind. It was rock solid when some of the treetops near by were at an angle. The site is 73 acres that is protected by a land trust agreement in a suburban area. Removing the breakwater was done by the owners to restore it back to its original state. Quite a gift as the water front land values here are approximately $1mm an acre US.
Vancouver is about an hour away and we head north frequently. Same with th eIsland. Beautiful country. Unfortunately, Canadas rules on drone flying are a bit restrictive. Shame as BC has some beautiful countryside.

Sorry for the late reply. The end is actually part of the finger of rock that extended out into the Bay. The gap was blasted to allow boat access into the little harbor created by the breakwater.
