Smart Controller Quirks

Just got the pro 2 with smart controller on Friday. During the firmware update on the controller it shut down 3 times. Which means failure. DJI said it's definitely not supposed to do that.. I got it to work by every time it beeped to shut down touched the battery button but they said not to do that to send it back.
