Smart Controller repair

I sent my SC in for reapir because it just would not charge to 100% and would drain too fast. I have attached a pic of what was repaired but I can figure out what it is.
Any thoughts?

They may have just swapped it out for a Refurbished unit, they do that quite frequently.
