No idea what you're on about but does the other side have 1, if it does take a picture of it and contact the manufacturer and ask if they could send you the screw? or if they say they only offer a complete part with the screw measure it and see if you can find a match!

If it is a typical eyeglass screw, probably could get one anywhere eyeglasses are sold.
