Software to Fly a Swarm of Mavics simultaneously - Looking for Feedback.

Hello everyone,

We're a team of engineers based in the UK working on a software system that helps drone pilots fly a swarm of DJI mavic drones.

Our aim is to make commercial drone operations faster to execute.

We are industry-agnostic and would love to get user feedback through free trials, so that we are able to build a better tool for the community.

Interesting, although it may be limited in function due to utilizing waypoint missions. You still need 6 people with 6 controllers, yes?

Yes and no, yes in that they have the nav setup working pretty darn well, but no in the sense these are machines that are designed specifically for that show purpose, not to do actual work and you won't control a DJI aircraft with that.

Nope, the software doesn't require 6 people for 6 controllers. One human operator can control all the drones through a simple user interface. The operator simply defines polygons/points on a map for inspection/mapping and the drones automatically split the work amongst themselves. In the video above, the user only defines polygons on a map and doesn't need to touch any of the controllers.

That's exactly right. Intel's setup is very specific to their light shows.
