This looks like it could be Texas. Sadly, in East Texas we have tons of those covers over parked cars but no one here has been smart enough to put solar panels on the top of them. It seems like it could be a nice cost savings in the electricity bill for a company to have this. We get plenty of sun here but we're short of people with creative imaginations and the will to do something different because it might cost a few dollars. Thanks for sharing.
