This is a forum, think the best way you will get questions answered is to start a thread. That way everyone else gets to help or learn at the same time. I really don't think you will find many people willing to spend their valuable time discussing things on the phone with a stranger, well unless they are a store etc.
That is providing you have searched the Forum before hand of course as your questions may already have been answered.
