An early morning panorama of the Sun beginning to rise over Old Hickory Lake in Hendersonville, TN

last August... the colors in the sky were reflected on the lake, making for an almost surreal scene... well worth getting up early for...

Nice picture.
For a drone pilot, a clear sky is best, but for a photographer, a few clouds are even better...

Can't say I agree with this. I have been shooting still landscapes for 60 years now and love going up with my drone to shoot with the clouds in the sky. I go out of my way to ignore days with clear skies as I consider them entirely uninteresting.
