Soy Bean Harvest

The harvest around the farms continue as they started cutting soy beans the first week in November. I wasn't able to get out there when they were running four combines together in the larger field, but I caught this one in the small field across from the house. It is always fascinating to watch farming operations, but it is even better when you get up close and overhead.

Nice video. I would love to do some more up close and personal like that as well, but I am not really friends with the farmers, they just lease our land, and most of the time they are working week days so I am not home when they are doing stuff. The few times I have been able to get anything I was either off work for some reason or they were doing Saturday work trying to get stuff in before rain or some other storm.
