Speed of Mavic Mini 2

I just picked up a MM2 for test, according to DJI specs in C mode max speed is 13mph (6 m/s) yet Ive clocked it at 20mph when test flying it, wind free day so wind wasnt the cause

can anyone else confirm if this is correct ?

Did you start off in C mode ?
as you might be in P mode as that is the default at take off .
