Started a drone day camp - then a flight school!

So my fiancee and I started a drone-based STEAM education day camp for kids this year, and we just wrapped up our first summer session. Won't bore you with the details but we had a lot of fun, ran 6 weeks of programs (including March break), most weeks had a different theme (racing drones, search & rescue, etc) and we will be back at it for the fall with PA Day camps.

After getting many requests from parents of the campers and others who heard about it, we decided to launch a regular Drone Flight School as well, and are now on the Transport Canada list.

I don't want to breach any rules, so I won't self promote the name of the business, but if you're interested and in the Hamilton area, message me. If you want to find out more about starting a flight school (there aren't that many), or ask about our camp program, then I'm happy to answer those questions, too.

Offering themed weeks like racing drones and search & rescue must have been a hit with the kids. I think starting a flight school is such a cool idea, especially since there aren’t too many out there, so you're definitely onto something. Plus, being on the Transport Canada list is a big achievement!
