Starting image for a 360 pano

Evening all. I do a fair bit of 360 panos now ive got ptgui, I recently did one near cliffs, (will post the link here) when you first open the pano, you see a full picture of the sea. Hardly a good interesting point to draw people in. How would I change the pano so the opening photo is of a certain point that I want?

Really starting to take interest in the 360 Panos because of shots like this but can I make it fill up my screen as it very small is that a sampl size ?\
