Stored batteries

So.... I bought 2 batteries unboxed and brand new off Kijiji. When the battery button is pushed 2 lights light up then go off. When put on the charger 1 light on each battery flashes then off.... chargers pulses green and then goes solid red.
Is there a way to wake these batteries up?
Thoughts and ideas anyone?
Both are on the charger now and I’m anxiously waiting for some sign of life.

Yes the are both official DJI batteries

If less than 6 months old I’d contact DJI and return for exchange.

Yes.... they were in unopened box’s but I bought them off Kijiji.... with 2 light showing when pressed I though they’d charge for me lol

That sentence makes me wonder. Try charging 1 only without a hub, etc. If it still doesn't "wake up", then you should exchange.

Batteries were junk.... got my money back.
