Strange gimbal behavior in video

What can be happened at min 00:28 and 00:29 of this video (posted in low quality)?

Is a gimbal issue/problem or my mistake with RC command? Thanks

Well I guess it's worth trying a known genuine card, have you still got the one that came with the Mavic?

unfortunately it's broken...

If you don't have another one to try, at least check the speed of the one that you have, that may be the cause of your problems..
