Stuck on DJI

Hello fellow members,Ive been chucking a few flights here and there and now want to fine tune my massive mavic
Im having issues withe the DJI Assistant 2 software
Ive downloaded my flight logs and .dat files but can't seem to open them to view them,can someone help me out?

For log files upload them to healthydrones.com and for DAT files use this
