Stupid question Part 2.. Serial Number

That's correct.

One common problem is that some people type in the letter "O" instead of a zero. There are no letter Os in DJI serial numbers. They are always zeros.

Thank you . I would try it but it is no longer offering DJI Protect as I registered it 2 days ago. They really need to write "S No on the labels.

DJI has instructions here that explain how to purchase DJI Care 48+ hours after activating the drone in DJI GO.

Since it was no more than two days ago, you could try contacting DJI Support to see if they will allow you to buy DJI Care without going through the above process. I've seen them do that for other people.

Well that was a struggle. If only they had written Serial number: before the correct bit of the label it would have saved a lot of bother. (especially as they ask for the serial number to register it)
