Brought the bird up and down and edited the video?

Essentially, that's it. I retimed 20 minutes of video into 20 seconds. Once retimed, I exported the clip and reimported as new media in order to be able to stabilize the video.

No filter for this shot as it was pretty dark when I started and I under exposed by a full stop.
