Even thought the camera on the M2P is pretty capable, still a fair amount of noise in low light. Cleaned it up some but getting a balance between sharpness and noise is a fine line. Technically not a great image, particularly if pixel peeping but still pretty impressive when you consider the source, a small flying camera in low light vs. doing it correctly with a full frame dslr on a tripod.

Nice shot. You can use AEB to have both the foreground and sky properly exposed.

Yes- agree with all of that. Dix you try to use gradient tool to open the shadows on the bottom? I'm sure you used de-noising software as well. I use NIK software Define.
