Swapping the board with the SD Card slot, LED's and downward sensors of my Mavic 2

Concerning my Mavic 2 Zoom.
I changed the little board with the SD Card slot, LED's and downward sensor, because the Mavic did not see the (external) SD Card any longer.



With the new board the SD Card is visible for the Mavic but now the downward IR sensor is a problem:



I did the calibration in DJI Assistant 2 for Mavic. No positive result.
After mounting the original board the error is gone, (but now, of course, no SD Card).
Anyone recognizes this problem?

Can you describe what error message you get when the original part in installed? If it didnt see the SD card, did you try a different SD card?

I have a feeling the new part you are using might be damaged.

When the original part is installed, Go4 tells me External SD Card N/A.
I have the same feeling. as you have.
With the original board I tried several sd cards, they all functioned well in the past and still do in other devices.
They also works with the "new" board installed so I'm quite sure the SD cards are not the problem.
