Hello I'm looking for advice about the spec of a laptop needed for 2.7 or 4K video editing. If there us a tablet capable of doing it that would be even better. Thank you.

+1 for that as a suggestion.
LumaFusion on the IPad Pro pulls the pants down on all but the most highly spec laptops. Particularly good now that IPad OS provides native support for external drives.
