Tablet recommendations for a Mavic Air 2?

I am using an iPad Pro 10.5 inch with the Black MavMount 3.0 for the DJI Mavic Air 2

does this allow you to use active track and maps is this cellular or wifi and gps

So just to make double sure I get this correct, will the Samsung Tab S7 WITHOUT the 5G work for say the Mavic Pro?
