TACO-RC Filter vs NO Filter

Which would you recommend between them and why? I am leaning towards the Tacos for price.

Polar Pro if you need polarizer, otherwise Taco. I have been using Taco mostly if I was using ND filter at all.

I got the taco 5 pack. Awesome filters. I use the 16 most often.
