It looks like Donald must be going to West Palm this weekend. Does this TFR mean my drone is grounded if I'm with 30 miles?

I'm in Boca Raton. I'm planning to do some low level flight practice in about a half hour, even though technically I can't fly right now because of this flight restriction,

Hope my neighbors don't call the police.

This is getting annoying. Donald has been in West Palm Beach every weekend, with the exception of last weekend, since he took office.

I found that frustrating but not as bad as the cold weather and snow when I got home.
