I hadn't ever really thought about it but I did today

I have a

Mini 2 with 5 batteries
Mini 3 Pro with 5 batteries
Mavic 3 with 5 batteries
Mavic 4 Pro with 3 batteries

the first 3 drones all have a dedicated RC-N1's. And the Mavic 4 Pro has the RC Pro 2. And when flying the first 3 drones I use a Tripltek 8 with it's 12,200 mHa battery

in case you're keeping track, that is 23 different devices/batteries I need to maintain...and that's just for drones

we camp a lot and also live in a rural area that has occasional power outages. So I have about 9 or 10 flashlights and 3 lanterns...all with rechargeable or standard batteries

I have a phone I use as an e-reader and a cell phone. My wife has a call phone. All 3 need charging almost every day. We have clocks in my wife's weaving shop and my wood shop running on batteries. I have a remote for the cable box and a remote for the TV....batteries. I have a small 5th wheel that has four 6-volt deep cycle batteries. And there's a clock in the 5th wheel that needs battery replacement. And of course there is the starting battery in my wife's car, and since it's a hybrid, there is the big battery bank for some go-juice. And a starting battery in my van plus 2 batteries in my F-350. And the battery on my kubota tractor. And the battery on our laptop and the one in my wife's IPad...and the battery for it's keyboard. And the batteries in our smoke alarms

is this normal? Has anybody ever had an aneurysm trying to keep track of what batteries need charging? Should I consult a neurologist?

I can't even begin to count the number of things I need charged but I have a dozen power stations include 2 DJIs, 4 Ankers, 4 Ecoflows, and 1 Jackery and at least as many of those portable power banks. Half a dozen solar panels, too. All this ready to go just in case the lights go out; gotta be prepared. ;)

The number of things that need batteries charged/replaced is insane.

While I was doing security I was the Ebay Batteries sellers Best customer, Heck I once bought 30 in a sitting lol. I have 4 Hanatora chargers for my Air 2s and a full file cabinet of records with numbers and cycles they each achieved.
You didnt buy a Drone you bought a pet in the form of Batteries.

There were several people back in the 1800’s that did just fine without the slightest thought about anything other than how to power their horse.

And they drank warm beer!
Pull up a chair and relax! No neurologist needed.
Nothing wrong with warm beer as long as it's good quality, Most beers lack flavor and the only way to make them palatable is is to drink them cold so the taste buds don't work. So, make your own beer with the best ingredients and recipe.

One more burden.

Change the battery in your smoke detectors of your domicile at least once every year and test them monthly.

.

Same here with a million rechargeable items they all need charging, its one that are not rechargeable that are most annoying, even more so than internal smoke detectors (too many rooms here with high ceilings) but my worst nightmare is dozens of ADT security sensors; door, window, movement, glass, smoke, heat, fire sprinkler, etc. etc. The moment you open a sensor, it triggers the tamper alarm and with multiple keypads in our home, they all start beeping at the same time. I replace the battery or batteries, secure the cover; next step go to any panel (keypad), set and unset the alarm to reset tamper alarm; this **** always happens when you least expect it.
I need to go live in a tent.
