I share with you guys my experience of losing and finding my and my friends drones.
Hope this will help avoiding such unfortunate events to others.

Do's and Don'ts are fine, its the Oh Sh!ts that you have to be prepared for.

Please help! Flying drone for 2nd time in 28 degree weather. My phone died and the drone took off from it's position. No connection with drone from restarted phone. Why did the drone just take off when my phone died? isn't it supposed to come home? Panicking!!! Used the find my drone part of the app, and no red arrow shows up, only the blue dot where my app is.
