I've dug and dug but not found the answer to this.

In tapfly mode (on DJI GO for iOS), a horizon line appears. Tap above it, the Mavic climbs. Tap below, the Mavic descends. I get that.

What I haven't seen documented anywhere is the tiny H that appears at the end of the horizon line -- sometimes at the left end, sometimes at the right.

I'm guessing that refers to the home point in some way, but how does that relate to the horizon line in tapfly?

That's a good theory, but I think there's more to it than that. The "H" moves around during flight -- sometimes it's on the far left of the horizontal line, sometimes on the far right, sometimes partway across. I can't help but think it's trying to tell us something. :)

I believe it's giving us an indication of where the Home Point is. When it's all the way to one end of the line, it's behind the Mavic somewhere. If you turn the Mavic towards the Home Point, you should see the H move towards the center.
