The Right Cable

This this my first post so please bear with me. I'm using a Ipad 4 that is used just for the Mavic, I have had a few times the ipad just disconnected, I still had control with the controller. I believe I have a bad cable. The cable is approx 6" has two 45 degree ends on it, someone said to use this cable because of the two 45,(it came on a spool) does anyone have a good recommendation on cables, thanks in advance Bob.

Did you try using the Lightning cable that came with your iPad? You can connect that cable to the bottom of the Mavic remote controller (after disconnecting the cable on the left side of the remote controller). This will rule out (or confirm) your cable as the cause of the issue.
