I am shocked how many people not only haven't used eBay but also are completely unfamiliar with how it works. They understand the FB marketplace perhaps they are most familiar or comfortable with FTF meetings and cash payment but many still believe eBay is about bidding and winning auctions from private sellers. If you don't have PayPal then it's hard to know how to make an online payment to an ordinary seller. Buying drones on eBay hasn't even crossed their minds as an option.

Just like so so many people believe pointing your browser to Amazon.com means you are buying goods from Amazon, a trusted online retailer.
