That is a great clip the birds adding to the dynamics ! Most will get out of the way.
Here in Uk I often get Red Kites flying at my drone more through curiousity than in attack mode

I hit a starling in a 206 as I was trundling down the runway for takeoff. I saw him on the runway, yelling at him 'get out of the way!' But sadly, he flew straight down the centre line. He did admirably, I saw him looking over his shoulder a couple of times before impact with the prop. At my destination, I checked for damage, and right at the top of the HF antenna on the tail was a skull and spine. Took a while to clean that up. He had the last laugh, as the prop had picked up some damage that became apparent over time, bit of a wobble that was of some concern.
