Thunder storm, lightning

A fast but powerful storm rolled through Asutin TX last night. Darkened the entire sky.
Metrologic showed lightning tracker, 3000+ lightning within the county and surrounding area.
Still photo to the west over the lake and a screenshot from a video of the lightning to the East.
What would be an easy way to save frames from a video it was set to 30 frame/ sec?
The lightning was in pitch dark, but lit up the photo/sky.

In the video there is a full second or more of the lightning show. I tried to pause it and take screenshots.
I will have more time in the next few days and will try to extract better pics.
There is two cloud-to-ground lightning arc almost at the same time. then it fans out into the upper clouds.
Can I upload a trimmed short video here... or need to go to youtube?
