Timelapse over several days or weeks

I was wondering if it would be possible to make a timelapse over several days or weeks of a construction project.

A perfect timelapse would require:
1) the exact same GPS positioning both in lat and long as well as altitude.
2) the exact same shot direction in degrees.
3) the exact same gimbal tilt.
4) the exact same exposure.

For number one I'm sure I could save the exact waypoint and have the drone move to that exact position.
For number two I'm not sure if this is possible.
For number three I'm not sure this is possible.
For number four I'm sure I could put in the exact values as the previous shots.

I've not messed around with the waypoints feature with my Mavic, but this discussion just came up today at work and I wanted to toss this out to the other members here.

Might be tough given the average 21 minute battery duration. I've seen this done many times with GoPro mounted somewhere stationary.

What about circling your subject using POI if you will, and the fade between shots, I am in the process of doing my house over the seasons

You only need to use the same centre and make a note of altitude and speed and diameter of the radius
