If I am reading it correctly neither this previous event - Nashville | Bill BL2019-1603

and the following are not listed yet...

Maybe I am reading the TFR incorrectly and someone could help or the question would be additionally if I can reading it correctly shouldn't the local municipalities be reporting these to the FAA?

They'll only be shown if the organizers requested a TFR and they're current. One of the two events has already happened, and the next event doesn't start until July 2, so neither would be on the list of TFRs.
