It's not just where the warranty and Care Refresh were sold. If service is required the drone must be shipped to DJI from the country where it and Care Refresh were purchased and DJI will ship only to that country. That's somewhat inconvenient for a US owner of a drone purchased in South Korea.Your potential new drone has a South Korean warranty so don't plan to use it effectively from the US. Same with the Care Refresh, you'll need a South Korean/regional address to activate it. DJI says both the warranty and the Care Refresh must originate from the country where the drone was originally purchased.
