i have read, watched and god knows what else .....what is the best or most workable tablet for a mini, i would like to have one that would work as well as a phone not half this and half that.......android only as i am not a mr jobs fan, rest his soul
There are many tablets that could work. I keep a list of the tablets Mavic Mini owners are using here:what is the best or most workable tablet for a mini
for the best experience with your MM you will have to put aside you feelings about Mr Jobs ,i have an ipad and it is the best thing i ever did i use it for both my drones,it is easy to use doesnt drain the controller battery and i use it solely for flying ,i know they cost more than a lot of android devices ,and when i started out flying i begrudged the extra cost myself, and had several android devices, some worked better than others, but in the end what i spent on them altogether could have got me a ipad in the first place
hi Paul im Tony i use an 9.7 32 gig wifi only 6th gen ipad its the 2018 model it is great my cable is from Thors Drone World and they are both very good one for the MPP and one for the MM these ipads are very good value right now as the new 2019 models are now available the cable for the MM is a micro USB to whatever device you usethanks for geting back to me, what ipad do you use and what cable do you get..........by the way my name is Paul
game stores seem to have a lot of second hand ipads ,or look on ebay if you can afford it new would be best i guessso what were looking at is around 250.00, i wonder where i could get a used one thats been looked over, or would it be better for new
what one do you tink i should get, i see prices from 250 tp 1400I was the same as you tinker but ended up with an iPad.
I am now like old man mavic & only use it for flying.
The only thing I don’t like with the iPad is the way it handles maps, in my view Android is a lot better when it comes to maps, download map & you have it anytime you want, iPad turn it off or quit Go4 and you lose it.
Someone please tell me I am doing something wrong with me iPad.
could you tell me what one you use and what cable to getI just added an Ipod Mini 2 and definitely prefer it over using my smartphone (iPhone 6S). You can see more and using the touch screen is easier. I haven't had a lot of time to play lately some I'm not sure if over long periods your hands/arms get fatigued. If that happens I have a lanyard I can wear around my neck to take some of the load of my hands.
could you tell me what one you have and what cable you usejust tried my iPad Mini. It's great! Love the big screen
could you tell me what one you use and what cable to get
I have the ipod Mini 4 and got this cable:could you tell me what one you have and what cable you use
that will not work with the MM controller as it only has the micro USB side portTablet Holder
I use the tablet charging cable. It goes from the tablet to the USB socket at the bottom of the controller (port that is visible when you unfold the handles that double as the phone holder)
