tracking - height of drone

Hi,

beginner question: What does the maximum height of the drone depend on when tracking? How can I change that?

I tried the tracking of me on a bicycle. Whenever I tried to go high above me an the track, I got the message "to high". I had to go down to at least 7 meters.
The shooting was just before sunset. Could it be not enough light?

I think it depends on what you're tracking. If it is a person, or a bike: then the max height is 7 meters, at least that's my experience.
For cars I have tracked them from 30 meters height.
