Trying to start this thing lol

Hi guys I just updated my firmware, in the middle of the update I lost wi Fi and it had to finish up with data. Anyway now the DJI app says disconnected, any ideas as to why? Thank you

PS I've tried on 2 different devices, my turbo 2 phone and galaxy tab s2 tab.

Does the DJI GO app status show "Disconnected" or "Aircraft Disconnected"?

Ok I got it connected now,

What i did wrong was I plugged in my phones USB cord to the USB port in the bottom of the controler , apparently that does not work, if that don't work how do you connect a tablet? the tablet fits into the holders but the little USB cord that comes with the Mavic that slides into the side isn't long enough?

The bottom USB port will work if you unplug the cable on the left side.
