Here is a video of a high altitude flight with props off mid-air for fast descent and restart. On the way down I realized the battery will not last and I had to do this before going below 10% battery to be sure I will be able to restart. Several parameters modified to allow 10m/s descent, restart in any position and to avoid forced landing.
