Hadn’t heard of this. If you’re concerned just store without a battery installed.

That's the ticket Yeah just insert battery before you fly and if it doesn't inadvertantly start like the other 2 vice 10 thousand ones out there that don't then I guess he will have to do it the hard way.

yeah i been thinking of doing like have been doing with my dslr is taking the battery off when not in use.

I haven't heard of that at all. I've been storing a battery in my MM for about a year and and my MA2 for 6 months. I would think if even 1% of the owners in the US alone do the same thing over the course of their ownership and this was an actual issue we would have heard about more than 2 people.

Most likely them storing it in a bag or something and the button being pressed.
