Turning on the iPad microphone

Hello all, once in a while, I will get a message that asks if I would like to activate the microphone on the control device. When I click YES, it turns on the mic on my iPad. My questions is, can I turn on the microphone from DJI GO 4 without waiting for the prompt? I have looked in the manual but can find nothing that refers to this operation.

There is a setting for record audio under the general settings page of DJIGo4.

Then on the iPad, go to settings and scroll down the left side til you see the DJIGo4 app listed and click on it - there is an on/off slider there for Microphone usage.

Should be on all the time now.
