Mini 2 Typical Mini 2 Launch Setup

This was taken in January just off the dirt road that leads to the Peralta Trail, south of the Superstition Mtns in Tonto National Forest. This area was crowded with desert rats on this winter Sunday afternoon (temps in the 70'sF). It was hard to find a place to pull-over because of all the vehicles. As you can tell, I like to be comfortable while piloting!

I like to fly without external distractions so I can concentrate. I also live in a 420 rec legal state (wink wink). I set my drone for 2000ft distance because that's as far as I'm willing to walk if I have to retrieve it. I usually float at 50-200ft altitude depending on what I'm taking a picture of.
