UK Airspace permissions

Ignore the DJI app for no-fly advice. Its very inaccurate. NATs Drone Assist or the Altitude Angel website are the only official ones.
Also dont be swayed purely by colour - the app isnt overly explanatory. Controlled airspace/ATZ is fine. But if it says Flight Restriction Zone and so on you cant fly.

I just received a drone as a gift and have been trying to figure out where I can fly in London.
In the area I want to fly, I am covered by what the drone assist app calls "Airspace(Controlled Traffic Region)". does that mean I can fly the drone here as long as it's not in the Flight Restriction Zone of the nearby airport?
