So I need to get LAANC authorization from the FAA, then head over to DJI fly safe, then do the background certification, and load a pic of a government ID.
Is that right? I need a government ID to unlock a geo zone?

Missed the country/region selection on the bottom of the screen on my phone. In China you have to upload a government ID, not in the US.
