I noticed after my first flight this morning that the controller power still said 100%. It was a 16 min flight that took the mavic battery to 30%. I thought that was weird because before the update I had just casually noticed that the controller and my mini 4 drained at about the same rate(the mini 4 was down to 94%). I decided to roughly chart how fast the controller drained.
I charged both the controller and mini4 to 100% and then flew 6 flights. The flights ranged from 15 min to 19 min and the mavic batteries were drained to between 15% and 24%.
Battery percentage is from end of flight.
Flight 1: 100%...2: 90%...3: 82%...4: 72%...5: 63%...6: 53%
The Mini4 ended the 6 flights at 37%.
Was there a change in the last update? I just don't remember the controller lasting this long.
