Update failure

Hi all

My Mavic won't update it's firmware. I've tried with the app and Assistance 2 on my computer, several times. With and without the SD card inside and different USB cables. Also downloaded the newest version on A2. Anyone else had this problem?

I tried updating earlier also with the last update after I got the drone, also failure. Atleast it still flew then. Not it says Cannot take off due to the firmware.

you have to contact Dji giving your email address that's registered with them and asking them to enable firmware v1.3.8.10 in a2

once v1.3.8.10 loaded press record on RC check screen to see that its recording then update to current
