Hi, this is my first post on here.

I’m new to the drone world, got my first drone last week - MPP - I can’t believe how amazing these ‘aircrafts’ are.

I seem to be having issues updating the hub though. I have the latest DJI assistant software, and I’m able to update the drone and controller via usb but the charging hub is not recognised.

I’ve tried plugging the hub into my MacBook Pro and then switching the power on to the hub but nothing happens.

Mac is running all latest software.

Am I missing something here?

There has never been a firmware upgrade for the MP charging hub.

They would probably not use DJI Assistant 2 to do it, just a .exe or .dmg, if they ever needed to do one. All the intelligence is in the battery not the hub, so being able to connect the AC will allow the batteries to be upgraded

Have the batteries had a firmware upgrade yet?

Yes they usually an upgrade when the AC firmware gets upgraded, the DJI Assistant 2 will automatically update both, as each battery needs to be upgraded separately you may need to swap batteries in and out and connect to DJI assistant 2 each time for it check the battery firmware.

Make sure you have the batteries at 100% for the firmware upgrade
